Manage Vocabularies

Click on the Talkingvet logo in the bottom right to bring up the options menu.

Select- Manage Vocabularies



The image below shows a blank personal vocabulary.  Words added or removed from this list would only affect the current Talkingvet user. 
Adding a word to a personal vocabulary allows the word or phrase to be a possible choice in the speech logic process.

To add a new word or phrase, click the plus sign in the bottom left.

In my example I will add the company name ezyVet as a vocabulary entry.

The 'sounds like' field is optional and not required.   Try adding the word or phrase to your vocabulary, repeat the word or phrase again into your practice software.
If its not returning the correct word or phrase, add the previously returned text to the 'sounds like' field of the vocabulary item.





Clicking OK will give you a confirmation upon success.





To edit a vocabulary item, first select the word or phrase in the vocabulary list.  Click the middle pencil icon to make changes.

The red X icon is used for deleting words or phrases from your personal vocabulary.
